Hawke’s Bay Foundation Staff Adapt During Lockdown

Like the rest of New Zealand, Hawke’s Bay Foundation staff were abruptly cast into working from home during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Thankfully the digitally advanced world we live in made it very accessible and straightforward. The only glitch was the odd “micro-management” from the littlest members of staff, aka our children who were often challenging with their demands!

All jokes aside, we are grateful for the ability to continue working from home when many people were not in the same position. We are also extremely fortunate to have trustees who are generous in offering their time and expertise via Zoom meetings and email, especially during Level 4 lockdown, when business and personal time was muddled.
